This is a practical guide to the trio on Dame Hombro. The product is Bulin AI. The motion source is the grey-shutter reference used for generation. The homepage clip is an AI remake, not that source. Your photos cast the three dancers.

Photo tips

• Center is required. Put the lead there. A front-facing photo with the upper body in frame works best.
• Left is the viewer’s left and stays on that side for the whole clip. Right stays on the viewer’s right. They do not trade places, even when the center dancer walks forward.
• Even light helps. Sunglasses and heavy filters hide the face.
• JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
• Upload only photos you have permission to use.

Empty sides

You can generate with the center photo alone. Each empty side becomes an original adult companion with the center person’s broad appearance and skin tone, a similar age range, and a different face, hairstyle, and outfit. That invented person is meant to stay the same person in every frame.

If you do upload a side photo, that photo is the authority for that dancer’s face, body, and clothes. The original performer’s outfit is not copied onto them.
